I have been a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP) since early to mid 2013 and I also joined the Guild of Photographers at the beginning of 2014.
By entering these competitions each month along with the National Photographic Society (The NPS), I really find that it keeps me motivated to create new creative and interesting images to ensure my photography continues to evolve. I also find it’s a reassurance for anyone considering using Made Portraits that the studio really is at the top of its game. Whether you’re looking for your family portraits, a special boudoir shoot, a stunning wedding or any commercial photography, you can see that the quality of work produced is recognised by both clients and photographers alike.
I am really proud that I was shortlisted for Maternity Photographer of the year in 2013 by the SWPP. In 2014, I was shortlisted as Top 10 Children/Family Photographer of the Year and Wedding Photographer of the Year with the Guild of Photographers and in 2016, I made the Top 5 for Children/Family Photographer of the Year! I was shortlisted as Advertising Photographer of the Year both in 2015 and again in 2016 by the SWPP. These are international societies so I really am incredibly proud of these achievements.
